The program that zooms in on the themes of leadership and vitality in various, accredited, Masterclasses. This program offers 3 masterclasses from the accredited MBA program. You can add a fourth masterclass to the mix with the optional Human Resource Management masterclass. Due to the academic nature of this program, we look at what is and is not scientifically proven about these subjects and we delve deeply into underlying visions and their practical applicability.

Why this program?

The biggest change in leadership is to respond to the challenges of our time. For several decades, leadership has been about inspiring and motivating employees. In this day and age this is especially important because of the battle for talent. Good people are scarce. We must therefore ensure an attractive working environment and employees must connect with the organization, with the vision and with the values and standards. People consider personal development more important than material rewards. The commitment it gives by taking care of this also ensures optimal performance.

But the present time has an even greater challenge. The themes of meaning and sustainability play an increasingly important role for employees. And meaning is not only about work.

There is a lot of attention for social involvement and sustainability. Sustainability is also about the person himself. Well-being and work-life balance are terms every employee knows. But how do we make policy for this? How do we integrate this into business operations? How do we turn this challenge into an opportunity?

Practical

The mini Master Leadership & Vitality consists of 11 days, including a 3-day kick-off. Here we will get started with discovering your personal motives and leadership style. This is the start of the training. The program can be expanded with the 3-day masterclass HRM.

During the lecture days, the developments in your work enviroment are discussed. In any case, attention is paid to the subjects as indicated in the overview of the MBA in the schedule of the full MBA / Masterclasses, but there is a lot of room for subjects contributed by the participants.
